Supreme Court Confirms Oshiomhole as Edo Governor.

The Nigerian Apex court sitting in Abuja has given judgement this morning in the Governorship tussle between Oshiomhole vs Airhiavbere in favour of the Comrade Gov. Adams Oshiomhole. 

By this judgement, the Legal team of Comrade Oshiomhole and ACN can celebrate because most of PDP Applications relating to Qualification of the Gov will be expunged from their submissions. 

This will definitely be a crucial ingredient in the final determinantion of the Case at the Election Petition Tribunal between Comrade Oshiomhole and Gen. Airhiavbere in Benin City.
